If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

You must be able to enter a legally binding contract to order, generally 18 or older, or using the site with a guardian's involvement.

We try to show colour, texture, and detail as truthfully as a screen allows, but natural fabrics vary, and slubs, creasing, and small irregularities in cotton-linen are features of the cloth, not faults. Measurements are given as a guide; allow for the tolerances of handmade goods.

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable GST. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already placed. We work hard to keep pricing accurate; in the rare case of an obvious error, we may cancel and refund the affected order.

Your order is an offer to buy. We confirm receipt by email, but a contract forms only when we dispatch the piece. We may decline or cancel an order, for example, if stock has sold out, payment fails, or we suspect fraud, and we'll refund you fully if we do.

Our drops are limited and made once. When a piece is gone, it's gone; we're under no obligation to restock.

Keep your account details accurate and your login private. Don't misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or resell our pieces as new without our consent.

The Andheka name, films, photography, copy, and designs are ours. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them commercially without written permission.

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the exact amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law. You agree to indemnify Andheka against any claims or damages resulting from your breach of these Terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
