Returns & Refunds

We make things to be kept. But if it isn't right, here's exactly how we'll make it right.

The Window

Tell us within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days we're unable to accept a return or exchange, simply because a 120-piece drop moves quickly and we hold stock for others.

The Condition

The piece must be unworn, unwashed, unperfumed, and unaltered, with its tags intact and in its original packaging. We check every return. Anything that comes back worn, washed, scented, or marked can't be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Size exchanges

If the fit isn't right, we'll exchange it for another size subject to availability, with only 120 pieces, a size can sell out. If your size is gone, we'll offer a refund or store credit instead. One exchange per item.

How to start

Write to hello@andheka.com with your order number and what you'd like (exchange or refund) within the 7-day window. We'll reply with the next steps and, where serviceable, arrange a pickup. Where pickup isn't available, we'll guide you on a self-ship and cover reasonable return postage on our error.

What isn't returnable

Pieces bought as part of a special offer marked final sale, international orders, and any item returned outside the window or condition above. Items damaged due to improper washing or care are not eligible for return. (We don't run discounts often, when we do, the terms will say so plainly.)

If something's wrong with the piece

If your order arrives damaged, flawed, or not what you ordered, that's on us, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we'll replace it or refund it in full, return shipping included.

If something is missing or wrong (unboxing video)

For your protection and ours, we highly recommend taking a continuous, unedited unboxing video when you open your parcel. If your order arrives damaged, flawed, or incomplete, this video helps us resolve it immediately. Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with the video/photo, and we'll replace or refund it in full, return shipping included.

Cancellations

You can cancel any time before your order is dispatched, write to us and we'll stop it and refund you in full. Once it's shipped, it follows the returns process above. We reserve the right to cancel orders if we suspect fraudulent behavior or bulk-buying for unauthorized resale.

When refunds are issued

Once your returned piece reaches us and passes a quick check, we approve the refund within 2 business days and process it the same day.

How refunds reach you

Prepaid orders are refunded to your original payment method (via Razorpay), and typically appear within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank. For COD orders, we refund by bank transfer or UPI. The bank account name must match the name on the order, we'll ask for those details securely when your return is approved.

Shipping costs

Original shipping is free, so there's nothing to refund there. Return costs are on us only when the fault is ours (a flaw, damage, or the wrong item). For a change of mind, a modest return-pickup cost may be deducted, and we'll tell you before we proceed.

Store credit

Where you prefer it, we can issue store credit instead of a refund, it never expires, and we'll sometimes add a small thank-you to it.
