When it ships
Each order is packed by hand and dispatched within 2–4 business days. During a drop, allow up to 5 business days, we'd rather pack it properly than rush it. You'll get a tracking link by email and WhatsApp the moment it leaves us.
How long it takes
Once dispatched, delivery within India usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your city. Metro addresses are quicker; remote pin codes take a little longer. These are estimates, not guarantees, couriers, weather, and logistical delays have their own ideas, but we will always help you track your piece.
Who carries it
We ship across India through trusted partners (Delhivery, Blue Dart, and others) via Shiprocket, choosing the best courier for your pin code on each order.
What it costs
Shipping within India is free on every order. The price you see is the price you pay; nothing is added at checkout but applicable taxes.
Cash on delivery
COD is available on eligible pin codes. To keep things honest for a small drop, COD orders are confirmed by a quick WhatsApp or SMS message before dispatch, if we can't reach you, we may hold or cancel the order. Prepaid orders (UPI, cards, net banking) carry no fee and are processed first.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships. If it hasn't moved in 48 hours, write to us and we'll chase it for you. Risk of loss passes to you once the package is marked as delivered by the courier.
International
Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination, and delivery usually takes 7–14 business days once dispatched, depending on the country and customs. Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country are not included in our price and are the recipient's responsibility, please check your local rules before ordering. If an international parcel is rejected due to customs fees, the return shipping and customs costs will be deducted from your refund. International orders are prepaid only (no COD).
Address & failed delivery
Please enter your address and phone number carefully, we can't redirect a parcel once it's with the courier. If a delivery fails after multiple attempts or the parcel is unclaimed, it returns to us, and we'll arrange a refund minus any return-shipping cost.
