What you give us when you order or join the waitlist, your name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, and a little about how you use the site (pages visited, device type, IP address, cookies) so it works well and the experience improves.

To process and deliver your order, to send order and shipping updates, to answer you when you write, prevent fraud, and to send the occasional email if you've explicitly opted in to hear from us, and to keep the store secure. We process this on the basis of fulfilling your order and your consent.

Only the partners who help us run the store, and only what they need: Shopify (our store platform), Razorpay (payments, we never see or store your full card details), Shiprocket and our couriers (delivery), and Klaviyo (email, if you've subscribed). We may use analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand and improve our reach. We do not sell your data to anyone.

We use cookies to keep your bag working, remember preferences, and measure what's useful. You can control cookies in your browser; some parts of the site need them to function.

Only as long as we need it for orders, resolve disputes, and comply with Indian accounting and tax laws, then we remove it or anonymize it.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023, you can ask us to show, correct, or delete the personal data we hold, or to stop emailing you (every email has an unsubscribe link). Write to us and we'll act on it.

In compliance with the DPDP Act, 2023, and Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, if you have any privacy concern or data requests, contact our Grievance Officer.
